Position Summary:

CDO Technologies is hiring a Software Developer SME in Quantico, VA. Work delivery is on-site at Quantico. This SME develops specifications for moderately complex software programming applications and modifies/maintains the existing software. Develops, modifies and maintains applications that may be customized or standardized. Participates in design and coding activities with other staff members.

Minimum Requirements:

1) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related field or at least five (5+) years of experience developing and maintaining custom applications that exploit known system vulnerabilities or system misconfigurations to gain system command and control during red team operations.

2) Intermediate competency in C or C++ and fluency in at least three (3) of the following: .NET in C# and PowerShell; Windows API through C, C++, or C#; C or C++ individually; or Python.

3) Possess a DoDD 8570 IAT Level III certification, such as CASP+CE; CCNP Security; CISA; CISSP (or Associate); GCED; GCIH; CCSP

4) Possess a DoDD 8570 CSSP Auditor certification, such as CEH; CySA+; CISA; GSNA; CFR; PenTest

Minimum Experience Requirements:

5) Experience with Full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

6) Experience leading or managing Agile, Waterfall, Spiral, or other development models, with ability to train team members on software development model and adapt the model to team requirements.

7) At least one year (1+) of experience with git version control system in a collaborative development environment.

8) Demonstrated familiarity with and capacity for secure coding practices.

9) Experience or demonstrated ability and responsibility to work in small, cross-functional team environment as the development operations subject-matter expert, with frequently evolving ad-hoc mission requirements.

10) Experience or demonstrated ability to work in a self-hosted GitLab environment and implementing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), unit testing, and/or Quality Assurance (QA) test frameworks.

11) Experience or demonstrated ability in web application, web services, or other general web technology development.

12) Demonstrated familiarity with Windows Internals and using SysInternals tools.

13) Demonstrated understanding of anti-malware techniques, such as signature development, and of anti-malware software, such as antivirus applications, endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools, and network- or domain-integrated security information and event management (SIEM) systems.

14) Demonstrated familiarity with Windows' integral anti-malware mechanisms.

15) Demonstrated ability to follow, track, and develop against newly released Windows security capabilities

16) An active TS/SCI or a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
