Our Innovation Team is building disruptive AI-driven products for consumers in real estate and mortgage finance using our massive data and technology ecosystem. We are looking for a MLOps Engineer with prior experience in working with Data Scientists to ensure a smooth transition of models from development to production. Test. Deploy. Maintain. Monitor. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with seniors as well as Data Engineering and IT to plan and deliver MLOps for AI/ML infrastructure and SaaS API services as member of data science team through collaboration

• Build automation for CI/CD and SaaS API delivery on AWS, Azure, Elastic and Snowflake.

• Configure and maintain systems such as Kubernetes (Helm, Charts, ArgoCD), Kafka, Spark, Elastic, Bitbucket / GitLab, Nexus, and Jenkins.

• Skilled with Python, Git, shell scripts, terminal (grep, sed, awk), Ansible, Docker, and Terraform.

• Setup dashboarding, observability & alerts; Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

• Understand IAM config, least permissions and enhance infrastructure security.

• Identify and automate manual processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required.

• Graduate Degree in Computer Science or related STEM subject is preferred.

• 1+ years of MLOps or related experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

• Self-driven, team player, capable of innovating to solve difficult challenges with setting up bleeding edge AI and big data tools.

• Strong communication skills, able to bridge the gap between data scientists, data engineers and external security, networking, DevOps and other IT infrastructure teams.

• Bonus: experienced with stress testing and scaling systems.
