Ecolab's finance team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst that will provide direct support to our Global Food and Beverage business supporting our forecasting processes, profitability analytics, financial reporting, and strategic commercial analysis. This analyst will be a critical component of driving business growth through delivering exceptional financial insights to for senior leadership as well as driving value for our customers and furthering Ecolab's mission of making world cleaner, safer and healthier.

Location: This role is a hybrid role based out of St. Paul, MN

What you will do:

  • Lead and coordinate reporting and analysis while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide timely and accurate analyses on financial performance and lead key strategic initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive financial transparency and profitable growth
  • Embrace new ways to analyze and review data by leveraging/integrating information from various technology platforms (such as SAP, PowerBI, Oracle EPM, etc.) and incorporating into financial analysis
  • Support development of content for collaborative business planning with key business partners, including financial modeling, strategic analysis, and building presentations
  • Proactively develop and maintain documentation of procedures and reports
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analytics and financial deep dives to facilitate decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial modelling for key innovation programs to support phase gate process

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or related fields
  • 4+ years of related financial analysis experience
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with proactive independent work style
  • Result oriented, proactive and possesses a high level of integrity
  • Experience working under time constraints and handle ambiguity, balancing multiple deliverables and priorities and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong technical capabilities and systems skills (SAP, EPM, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
