About the Role:

  • Production Excellence: Support manufacturing and production processes for the REDEDUCT Precast Duct Bank line.
  • Technical Mastery: Collaborate closely with our sales team to understand each project's unique needs. Dive deep into the intricacies of REDEDUCT product applications and designs, becoming a go-to expert. Travel to manufacturing locations and project sites providing technical support.
  • Quality Champion: Develop and maintain rigorous inspection, testing, and quality processes, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
  • Customer Connection: Keep our commercial REDEDUCT team in the loop with frequent communication, nurturing strong customer relationships. Work hand-in-hand with internal and external precast partners to orchestrate production schedules that exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaboration: Team up with project engineers and managers to ensure smooth transitions during project execution. Provide technical assistance and support to fellow team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Logistical Coordination: Strategize and execute plans to mobilize equipment effectively for production needs. Take charge of generating materials requisitions to support project execution seamlessly. Collaborate with plant management and logistics teams to prioritize shipping needs efficiently.
  • Continuous Growth: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in project engineering, maintaining relevant certifications and knowledge. Offer training and technical assistance to streamline pre-production activities.
  • Versatility: Embrace flexibility and take on additional responsibilities as needed to drive team success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Enthusiastic and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical prowess.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills, with a knack for teamwork.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational excellence with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
  • Experience in electrical, project management, or civil construction preferred.
