Job Description

Position Overview: The Senior Director of Operations Support is a strategic leader responsible for providing guidance and support to our community living teams and leadership across the organization. As a key partner to Asbury's President of Community Living, you will lead the development and implementation of programs, policies, and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, innovation, and resident satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness, innovation, and programming across all locations.
  • Drive Asbury's value proposition to achieve the highest quality outcomes for residents.
  • Provide vision and direction for programs, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
  • Lead efforts to adapt to changing reimbursement models and enhance resident satisfaction aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure quality operational programs that support marketing efforts and drive occupancy.
  • Lead quality and excellence efforts through a commitment to EAGLE principles.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of operational leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site, multi-state operation. NHA, Executive Director, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with physicians, clinicians, staff, and other stakeholders to support operational programs.
  • Strong financial management skills required.
  • Demonstrated leadership focus in a retirement community setting preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Preferred candidate resides in MD or PA/willing to relocate to these states.
  • Willingness to travel up to eighty percent within the system.
  • Flexibility in schedule is essential, with a willingness to assume various roles within community teams as needed.
