Overview

We are looking for an individual that loves sales, and values helping their customers. We need someone who builds lasting relationships, helping to protect what matters most to them.

The right person will go after and find prospects. This person knows how to connect with people and can build a network of customers. This is an amazing opportunity to join a leading security company focused on innovation and expanding our market share. You'll use your strong communication and selling skills to present innovative security solutions to customers, overcome obstacles.

You'll need to be self-motivated, organized and resourceful. Maintain strong relationships in order to generate sales leads.

Responsibilities

* Conduct security assessments and audits for clients to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and security needs.
* Develop customized security solutions and recommendations based on assessment findings.
* Collaborate with clients to implement security measures, which may include physical security, electronic surveillance, access control systems, and security policies and procedures.
* Provide expertise and guidance on security best practices and industry standards.
* Conduct security training sessions for clients' staff members as needed.
* Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the security industry
* Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record of outside sales experience preferred with strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
  • Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Display strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., criminal justice, security management, prior Law Enforcement preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in security consulting, risk assessment, or a related field is preferred but not required
