Job Description

This Recruiter opening is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of targeted recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring a continuous pipeline for hiring the best possible talent.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews and recommendations to managers.
  • Sources, screens, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill job vacancies.
  • Utilizes various recruiting sources, including social media, to attract potential candidates.
  • Develops and maintains internal and external networks to strategically source passive candidates.
  • Works closely with hiring managers to understand department and position needs.
  • Updates job descriptions when necessary and creates online job postings.
  • Works closely with human resources and operations to assess internal talent.
  • Partner with external vendors to maintain job postings, resume access, and ensure all open positions are accurately reflected on Radius/ADP website.
  • Coordinates and participates in college recruiting activities and job fairs as needed.
  • Keeps a pool of qualified applicants "warm" to fill openings in an expedient manner
  • Other projects as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in creating and/or executing an organization's recruitment strategy and online presence
  • Demonstrated success with call center and/or customer service recruiting preferred
  • Successful recruiting experience utilizing social media, job boards, Internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
  • Professional recruitment experience utilizing applicant tracking systems
  • Proven experience with college relations, career fairs and other employment events preferred
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking system required, ADP preferred but not required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years professional level recruiting and/or human resources experience including demonstrated success with high volume recruitment initiatives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully
