AbbeHealth Services - is a regional nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mental health and aging services that help individuals achieve their optimum levels of independence and success.
The SCIP Program Lead will help to implement, promote, and oversee a specialized outpatient program at GuideLink Center that will accept referrals from criminal justice partners for vulnerable individuals who need immediate access to comprehensive outpatient mental health and substance use treatment and intensive care coordination.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
* Oversee project coordination efforts for SCIP (State Crisis Intervention Program) and ASAP (Accelerated Support and Access Program)
* Work in close collaboration with GuideLink Center programs and staff
* Develop relationships with stakeholders and community partners to communicate and collaborate
* Provide necessary clinical services and improve client outcomes for ASAP program participants and GuideLink Center clients who meet program criteria
* Process all referrals and intake documentations in a timely manner
* Receive, review, and track routine progress reports on all clients.
* Monitor service delivery, engagement, and progress of program participants
* Provide intensive care coordination and essential support services to program participants
* Attend and actively participate in agency and community meetings as required
* Provide program training for community partners and participate in educational forums
* Demonstrate leadership skills and investment in program development
* Compile outcome and cost data reports
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Regulatory Compliance
* Demonstrates ability to meet business needs of department with regular, reliable attendance.
* Employee maintains current licenses and/or certifications required for the position.
* Practices and reflects knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA and other federal/state regulatory agencies guiding healthcare.
* Completes all annual education and competency requirements within the calendar year.
* Is knowledgeable of work site compliance requirements for federally funded healthcare programs (e.g. Medicare and Medicaid) regarding fraud, waste and abuse.

Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of hospital administrative staff. Takes appropriate action on concerns reported by department staff related to compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
| Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field. | Post-secondary degree in criminal justice, counseling or other human service degree preferred. |
Experience:
| 1-3 years working in a related field. | 1-3 years working with crisis settings, supportive housing settings or assertive community treatment efforts |

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
| Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to identify and treat individuals with serious and chronic mental health and/or substance use disorders Experience with risk assessments, including suicidal screenings
