The Synapse Analytics UX team is looking for a Content Designer II whose work reflects a passion for helping people get the most from their data. This person is energized by tackling complicated problems and curious about exploring new product interaction paradigms. ResponsibilitiesUX Content Designers leverage their expertise in content strategy, information architecture, interaction design, and digital communication to shape the entire user journey. You'll collaborate to ensure each step in the customer's workflow is clear and aligned with Microsoft's brand voice principles: crisp and clear, warm and approachable, and ready to assist.UX Content Designers work holistically across strategy, structure, and surface, partnering closely with cross-functional teammates to co-create the most efficient and effective customer experience.Contribute to a cohesive vision and experience strategy for products or product lines.Align business, brand, messaging, and design strategies across various customer communication channels.Harness language as a design tool: planning, crafting, and refining names, messaging, UX flows, and in-product language, with a focus on testing and adaptation.Operate within design systems: serving as a resource for Microsoft's brand voice, content style standards, terminology, UI patterns, and feature naming.Embody our culture and values
