Job Summary SavATree, LLC Arial Operations Specialist + Crew Leader Supervise a general tree care crew to provide high quality tree care to our clients. Involved in all aspects of pruning, removals, cable bracing and other concepts related to tree care. Safely operate all equipment and perform the assigned job tasks while also providing excellent service to clients. Responsible for vegetation management. Compensation is $27.91 an hour. Job Description SavATree, LLC Arial Operations Specialist + Crew Leader SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE: Supervise a general tree care crew to provide high quality tree care to our clients. Involved in all aspects of pruning, removals, cable bracing and other concepts related to tree care. Safely operate all equipment and perform the assigned job tasks while also providing excellent service to clients. Responsible for vegetation management. REQUIREMENTS: Must have 4 years of experience in the job offered, climber, landscape or horticulture. Must have the following gained through education or experience: (1) Ability to climb trees using specialized climbing gear; (2) ability to safely perform and direct others on proper tree work; (3) ability to safely operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and bucket trucks; (4) understanding of tree-care safety and tree hazards; (5) ability to establish work zones to ensure employee and public safety; (6) ability to conduct job site hazard inspections; (7) ability to identify common tree diseases and conditions; (8) ability to manage and direct multiple tree-trimming crews.
