Job Description

The Ecolab Corporate Treasury department offers a team-focused and global dynamic environment that provides opportunities to develop strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.We are looking for a self-starter who will work to improve global treasury processes, solve complex problems, and maintain a rigorous control environment. This role provides a dynamic mix of treasury operations and strategic projects that contribute to Ecolab's success.

The Treasury Manager, Cash Management will be responsible for managing global liquidity for Ecolab, running direct cash flow forecast and partnering with other treasury, tax and accounting associates on the annual cash repatriation process. The manager will also manage global banking relationships, support our global ERP implementation from a banking perspective, and partner with Global Business Services team to execute working capital management strategies.

This position will report to the Global Director of Cash Management and may have 1-2 direct reports depending on experience of the candidate.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee and manage the Company's liquidity position, including daily cash management, letters of credit, $2B commercial paper program, and treasury workstation, bank administration.
  • Prepare and leverage global direct cash flow forecast to execute borrowing and investment decisions
  • Optimize global cash pools and recommend global cash funding strategies
  • Streamline cash management processes across North America, Europe, IMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific regions
  • Manage and streamline intercompany loans portfolio globally
  • Support global ERP implementation from banking perspective
  • Lead select M&A due diligence and integration
  • Supervise completion of SEC financial disclosures related to cash and credit lines
  • Champion continuous improvement and implement best practices, controls and technology across all treasury functions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical aptitude, organizational skills, and high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented and proactive with a process improvement mindset
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate overall business acumen and understanding of treasury operations
  • Knowledge of international cash management, forecasting and internal controls
  • Knowledge of SAP/BPC/HFM/Kyriba a plus
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation or financial institution
