Job Summary

Executes governance programs for for key lines of business that enable business continuity, colleague, customer and environmental protection, and alignment with Rentokil Terminix global management and operation standards. Executes the authorization and administration process in according with North America and Group standards for high risk LOB/Service offerings for internal branches and subcontractors. Implements programs to validate ongoing compliance with federal, state, local and internal requirements through the conduct of field and administrative assessments, training content development, and stewardship training. Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and recommends solutions.Identifies, tests, and implements protocols to minimize business risk, improve efficiency and efficacy of services, and achievement of sustainability goals. Develops and implements stewardship training content and cadence to develop and maintain Operational competency and program compliance. Provides oversight reporting and dashboard for Operation leadership

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Authorizes Branches and subcontractors to sell and service high risk product
offerings/LOB (fumigation, entotherm)
Sets quality and service standards and standard operating procedures to support service delivery excellence in the field. Monitors performance against KPIs, problem solves with Sales and Field Operations to ensure performance thresholds are met
Implements and oversees tools and protocols for gathering and evaluation of data used in the measurement and reporting of service delivery
Ensures strategy is in alignment with all regulatory and compliance requirements
Actively surfaces potential risks associated with sales and service, and develops mitigation plans
Identifies projects to drive improvements and innovation including people, process,
and technology-related projects, e.g. for reducing risk, enhancing compliance efficiency and achieving sustainability goals
Implements data gathering and reporting tools to monitor program compliance and enable efficient and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholder

Actively engages with industry associations, vendors, and academia to ensure Rentokil Terminix performs as the industry leader and drives continuous improvement initiatives for the betterment of the industry
Works collaboratively with subcontractors to deploy continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with Rentokil Terminix strategic initiatives
Supports development of Operations colleagues throughout the functional areas to drive colleague retention

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
2-4 years+ of Fumigation and Entotherm experience required

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
2-4 years+ of Fumigation, Entotherm experience required
4-6 years experience in structural pest control industry
