Expected yearly income starts in the low $60,000s and includes a base pay and commission / bonus program.

Our store operates from Monday to Saturday, with hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, and on Sundays from 12 PM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities for the Team Leader Role:

  • Collaborate in overseeing all store operations, including installation and warehouse activities, with a primary focus on the sales floor.
  • Act as a liaison between various retail departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Crutchfield systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the sales floor by ensuring all customers receive a warm welcome and assistance.
  • Monitor employee-customer interactions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that product displays are current, appealing, and functional.
  • Handle store opening and closing procedures and prepare necessary accounting data.
  • Provide assistance to customers when Advisors are occupied in-person or on the phone.
  • Address customer escalations, problem-solving, and finding appropriate solutions.
  • Coach and motivate the sales staff to achieve their best performance.
  • Conduct morning meetings to align the team's goals and objectives.
  • Physical requirements include standing and walking for most of the day, with occasional inventory lifting.
  • This is a full-time position working 5 days per week including most weekends and 2-3 evenings per week till 7:30 PM (increasing to 6 days per week, with extended weekend and evening hours between Thanksgiving and Christmas).
