Senior Financial Analyst, JLLT

Job Description
JLLT Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic business partner to our Foundational Technology group. The JLL Technologies (JLLT) Foundational organization provides enterprise technologies that enhance the productivity and happiness of JLL employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, presenting monthly financial reviews, producing annual budgets, and providing recommendations to support strategic business decisions. In this role, the Senior Analyst will need to forge strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis
Provide analytical insights to business and finance leaders to influence decision making and drive behavioral and operational transformation
Develop comprehensive financial forecasts, including full year plans and mid-year updates
Analyze performance data versus forecast/trends, identifying drivers and surfacing actionable information to leaders
Conduct the compilation, modeling, and analysis of financial and operational data to support strategic initiatives
Assess and recommend opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements
Reporting
Partner with business leaders and senior members of the finance team to develop reporting and KPIs to advance decision making and enhance cost transparency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and reporting, identifying and leading automation opportunities
Teamwork
Build and maintain relationships with various Foundational business leaders and their teams
Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools
Demonstrate a high level of customer service to business leadership and the finance team
Collaborate with the team to share and improve technical skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or operations.
Experience in Technology Finance is a plus.
Exhibits strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Has experience in developing budgets and forecasts.
Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing team environment.
Proactively seeks to understand drivers that affect margins and actively manages to improve bottom line efficiencies
Capable of making timely decisions that balance effectiveness with efficiency
Demonstrates a sense of urgency in driving solutions
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Is detail-oriented, accurate, and accountable, with proficiency in Finance or Dashboard system applications (e.g. Oracle EPM, PAX, OneStream, PeopleSoft, PowerBI, Tableau)
Has excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
