Organizational Acceleration Analyst

As an Organizational Acceleration Analyst, you would exhibit curiosity, analytical acumen, and an operational mindset. You'll join a small and mighty team that is highly collaborative; partnering across the division and broader organization to improve business outcomes and provide actionable insights.

The Analyst will support a number of initiatives focused on identifying and evolving our people strategies in support of the future of work including team analysis, talent intelligence, and executive succession planning and success. We are looking for someone who wants to apply their strong organizational research and business analytics skills in a people centered discipline and who views ambiguity as an opportunity to put their thumbprints on the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop and effectively conduct the scope development, planning, and execution of assigned organizational acceleration initiatives.
  • Analyze, document and organize both internal and external data (e.g. market and industry benchmarks) to derive meaningful insights that supports across all of our organizational acceleration initiatives and priorities.
  • Manage and execute tasks and projects related to executive search, executive onboarding and success, and succession management
  • Create and maintain documents, presentations, and materials for business stakeholders of all levels, leveraging data and storytelling to generate buy-in
  • Develop and facilitate the review of project-related deliverables with minimal supervision, including presentations, project plans/timelines, meeting facilitation plans, meeting follow up deliverables, and interview schedules, and more.
  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team to gather and analyze talent data, including recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and performance evaluations, and more
  • Work with team members to create and facilitate innovative and engaging talent management solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years minimum experience preferably in human resources or talent management-related role
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience and strong Excel skills, required
  • Ability to develop presentations that showcase data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required, with the ability to research, analyze, and incorporate industry standards and external benchmarks to solve business challenges
  • Change / project management experience
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee data with discretion
  • Strong PC skills (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS Project is a plus
  • Experience with Workday, Salesforce Service Cloud, and/or Tableau is a plus

Salary Range: $89,730.00 - $109,670.00


The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
