Summary of Job Duties:This position will support the Workday Support Services Spend team with the transition into PaymentWorks for all suppliers. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, data entry, updating training materials, preparing data loads and resolving errors, inviting existing supplier into PaymentWorks, and updating supplier records.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 30 hours of undergrad degree work from an accredited institution of higher education

  • 1 year of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The educational equivalent of Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education

  • Experience managing technical requirements and large volumes of data

Knowledge, Skills, & Abiliities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Proficient skills with excel, access database, or SAS

  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently from home and manage own time


Salary Information:

$20 to 25.00/hour; Commensurate with education and experience
