We are currently accepting applications for a Digital Banking Operations Support Manager to work a hybrid schedule in Midvale, Utah.

The qualified individual will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Manage the functions and staff which handle centralized account opening for the online banking channels and processing of account maintenance, services, and all related functions for digital channels.
  • Perform centralized controls to monitor for fraudulent behavior in online and mobile channels.
  • Identify trends and recommend/implement solutions.
  • Create, execute, and maintain centralized dispute processing for person-to-person channel platform, comply with Reg E, etc.
  • Handle escalated questions and needs directed from customer care and/or branch staff related to digital channels.
  • Analyze complex operational situations and practices and make recommendations for process changes to increase service, improve efficiency, and mitigate risk.
  • Coordinate with multiple cross-functional units as needed.
  • Manage and reconcile related general ledgers and budget.
  • Manage departmental projects as required.
  • Be responsible for hiring, firing, reviewing, and counseling staff.
  • Monitor service levels.
  • Perform other job duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Requires an associates degree and 6+ years of banking experience in operations, retail, digital channels (mobile and online banking), or other directly related experience.
  • Some supervisory or management experience required.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Extensive knowledge of operational procedures associated with front-office and back-office support groups within the financial industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking regulations, processes, procedures, etc.
  • Must be able to resolve complex problems with various cross-functional groups and vendors.
  • Strong analysis, problem resolution, and communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to proactively identify risk, control gaps, recommend and implement solutions to limit risk, new fraud trends, etc.
  • Must be able to incorporate fast-paced changes given the complexity of the digital market space.
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and work quality for multiple teams.
  • Strong customer service and management skills.

Pay range (depending on experience): $80,000-$120,000
