The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all of Haskell's delivery groups across the company and the projects throughout the United States.

In this role, you will effectively manage project functions related to project systems, required for the successful project execution under the supervision of, and subject to, final approval by the Project Team. You will participate in training programs and receive training in company management tools, standards, policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

    Maintain project data in appropriate systems of record and forms to drive consistency and ensure compliance.
    • Includes management of project directory and maintenance using PIPS.
  • Collect, organize, upload, distribute, and maintain necessary project documentation in the appropriate project management systems.
  • Understand and navigate company's systems to assist project teams with generating data and reports.
  • Assist with the processing of commitments by the project team. Ensure commitments are fully executed and distributed appropriately; confirm commitments have updated properly across all systems.
  • Ensure external partners provide appropriate paperwork in compliance with contract requirements.
  • Review documents to ensure they are of good appearance, accuracy, clarity, and correctness, adhering to team and client's standards and ensuring timely payment.
  • Assist project team and accounting by collecting and processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) documentation.
  • Assist and conduct administrative audits ensuring compliance with the established requirements.
  • Understand administrative requirements of programs to be able to assist in the administration of those programs.
  • Submission of data related to project costs and accounting.
  • Assist in the collection, management, and development of closeout documentation.

Education/Experience:

  • Associate's degree with 2 years' experience, or High School with 4 years relevant experience.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certification, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel is required

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
