As the Business Systems Analyst (Workday), you will support day-to-day operations of Workday at the Airports Authority.

Business Systems Analyst (Workday)

Serves in the Office of Strategy and Business Transformation and Performance in the Headquarters Office.

Provides program and business systems support, ensuring Workday HCM, Payroll and Financials processes function according to established guidelines; Coordinate with and assist business units with the updates and enhancements to the Workday platform from a technical, functional, and business process perspective. Performs related functions.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Participates in the implementation of new Workday modules, features, integrations, and updates.

Collaborates with business stakeholders to review business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve efficiency.

Participates in Workday semi-annual update preparation and release activities, including feature review, impact analysis, regression testing and updates to training materials.

Partners with business stakeholders to create and maintain a roadmap and schedule for delivering Workday updates.

Performs system administration tasks, including configuration/maintenance at both the domain and business process levels, ensuring the alignment with appropriate security groups. Identifies new user security roles and performs/supports quality audits.

Serves as Security Administrator within the system, with responsibility for providing security access changes.

Supports current integrations and assists with new integration development.

Provides end-user support; troubleshoots defects, bugs, and other system issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation. Recommends process or system workarounds where possible.

Develops dashboards and reports and provides report administration for custom reports for varied users.

Monitors system performance for errors and provides basic system performance issue troubleshooting.

Defines, analyzes, and documents functional and technical system documentation for customization and maintenance actions taken.

Oversees the cross-functional coordination of release management activities. Provides input in creating and establishing release management processes, including developing release management risk and mitigation strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Five years of experience managing and supporting ERP systems, and a bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Included in Five years of experience you must have at least two years of recent Workday experience including, business process configuration, security, and general system administration.

Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource and / or Corporate Finance/Procurement functions & processes.

Ability to create custom reports, calculating fields, dashboards and EIBs.

Demonstrable ability to work with business stakeholders to solve problems, provide guidance, and enhance their ability to use functional modules in Workday.

Proven ability to lead across functions and successfully engage and influence others outside area of control.

Ability to perform complex analyses of data and information and make recommendations.

Ability to speak and write effectively, with emphasis on communicating technical issues to nontechnical audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Workday Pro Certifications.

Experience building Workday Integrations utilizing Cloud Connects, Enterprise Interface Builders, and Workday Studio.
