Top Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:

  • Accounts Receivable:

    • Manage accounts receivable using Accumatica (ERP).
    • The Accounting clerk will handle medical advisory consulting contracts with school districts.
    • Invoice tenants of the companies properties.
    • Annual billing for insurance and taxes.
    • Bi-weekly bank deposits.
  • Accounts Payable:

    • Streamline AP processes.
    • Process electronic invoices.
    • Weekly check run (average 50-75 checks).
    • Manage documentation, POs, and packing slips.
  • Aging Reports:

    • Monitor and manage aging reports.
  • Posting Payments:

    • Process payments (wire, checks, CC) and deposit in Accumatica.

Must Haves for the Accounting Clerk:

  • Entry-level position, trainable.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter.
  • Clerical accounting experience preferred.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and transportation.
  • Comfortable with diverse responsibilities.
