SALARY:

$20.00 - $22.30+ per hour, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU's compensation plan. RVU's full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Counselors on all campuses in completion of student files and collection/scanning of documents for financial aid awarding.
  • Answer departmental phone calls/emails and forward when applicable to team members.
  • Provide basic information about tuition and fees, refunds, student health insurance and financial aid to students.
  • Collect cash, check and run credit card payments from students, as well as, accurately record payments received according to University policy and procedure.
  • Document retention and scanning.
  • Assist Student Financial Services with projects, reports and correspondence.
  • Assist with scholarship processing: internal and external scholarships.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or his/her designee.


Qualifications

  • Assist administration, faculty and staff with special projects as needed.
  • Supply ordering for the department.
  • Work cooperatively with others and accept direction from other supervisors.
