Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provides instruction to high school participants within Academic Year and/or Summer Component.
For the Fall and Spring Semesters academic instructors will be in person on Trinity University's campus once a month for a designated Saturday date. During the Summer Program component instructors will be on an A/B schedule, either Monday/ Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday for six weeks on Trinity University's campus.
Develops course curriculum including a detailed syllabus, lesson plans, and assessment measures.
Manages and records student assessment measures and documentation including progress and final reports.
Advises and directs student tutors in the implementation of course lessons.
Provides formative and summative feedback to program staff on student capabilities and needs.
Participates in staff meetings and development workshops.
EDUCATION
Required:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
