About Us
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) is an independent nonprofit organization authorized by Congress in 2010. This includes supporting implementation of the PCORI Strategic Plan through leadership and coordination for ongoing development of the Research Project Agenda, refinement or development of evidence-based processes for strategic planning, advancing strategic initiatives and strategic partnerships (in particular those for which the Strategy Department is providing leadership or support), and synthesizing and tailoring portfolio and other information to proactively report on PCORI's activities.
Given the organization-level focus, the unit functions are highly collaborative, with the Health Policy Analyst leading and coordinating unit and organizational-level projects.
