As a County Casework Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and evaluation of five Protective Services caseworkers and one unit aide, who are responsible for providing a wide variety of services to children and families including: case management, casework advocacy, foster care services, counseling of children and families within the home conjointly with the private providers, and through the utilization of the "strength-based" modality. This unit provides ongoing services to families to address child safety issues and reduce risk to the children. You will have the opportunity to serve as a liaison to other community agencies and systems to provide recommendations regarding service delivery gaps, linkage problems, and communication deficiencies.
