Job Summary
Under general supervision of the department Director/Manager, supervises and oversees the operations of assigned staff and department responsibilities. Manages and monitors data collection and reports. Monitors compliance with Federal and State regulations governing the delivery of health care. Provides supervision for department and staff, coordinates work schedules, completes performance evaluations and recommends merit increases, participates in the selection of department staff, and assists in policy/procedure formation and program development, and participates in meeting department education needs.
