The Team

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the general operation and function of the office. This position works closely with the Administrative Manager & Facilities Manager. Our administrative team plays an important role in supporting the firm's continued development and growth. Your Impact

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the office by coordinating various tasks and activities as directed by the Administrative Manager including answering calls and welcoming guests
  • Oversee front desk and maintain general organization of the front lobby and surrounding areas
  • Oversee and support new/existing vendors across all Geos
  • Oversee the management of the facilities inbox and ticketing/badging system
  • Assist in scheduling and logistics for meetings, events, and projects
  • Assist with events and serve as back-up to other admin staff
  • Distribute mail and packages to designated recipients
  • Manage office supply inventory

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-year related work experience in consulting industry preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of commonly used office concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Availability to work traditional business hours (8AM-5PM or 8:30AM-5:30PM) on-site in McLean, VA, at headquarters, Monday through Friday
  • High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred.
