The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide onsite first-aid treatment, maintain pertinent medical records, respond to facility emergencies, and become familiar with the site, specifically areas that most likely require a hazardous material response.
This position rotates between day shift and night shift. Hours are 7:00am-7:00pm and 7:00pm-7:00am.
You will work 4 days on day shift (7:00am-7:00pm), then are off for 4 days, work 4 days on night shift (7:00pm-7:00am), are off for 4 days, then start the rotation over.
This position is responsible for performing regulatory testing, injury/illness care, health promotion and wellness education for employees within the scope of practice, the structure of the Client Standards, policies procedures and treatment care guidelines. The Licensed Practical Nurse is to be an active part of the team that promotes a healthy and safe environment for all who work at client site.

Education/Licenses
Language Skills
Must have the ability to maintain a professional approach with others in job-demanding, multitasking and/or project support situations; ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences; the ability to create and edit written materials; the skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities; and the ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
Computer Skills
Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed.

Requires sitting for long periods of time, working at a desk. Some bending and stretching required. Working under stress and use of telephone required. Ability to kneel for extended periods of time while rendering emergency care and/or CPR.
