• • Establish and maintain robust Trace and Trace procedures to track shipments throughout the transportation lifecycle, providing real-time updates to customers and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance visibility and transparency in the supply chain.

1. Waste Reduction:

• • Identify opportunities to reduce waste and inefficiencies in transportation processes, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing environmental impact.
  • Implement sustainable practices and initiatives to enhance operational sustainability.

1. Claims Management:

• • Proactively manage and minimize claims by implementing risk mitigation strategies, conducting thorough investigations, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to address root causes of claims and implement preventive measures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage, with a focus on sales and operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and technology, including TMS (Transportation Management System) and tracking systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in transportation and logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet targets, and exceed customer expectations.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
