Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced hospitality sales professional to join our corporate sales team as the Corporate Director of Sales. This position is responsible for the development and efficiency of our corporate sales support. This position collaborates and executes direct sales strategies that drive top line revenue, market share and profitability to the assigned portfolio of hotels. This position provides leadership and direction to Corporate Sales and Property Sales Leaders to grow account share and drive revenue, aligning with company priorities and overall segment strategies. This is a remote-based position, preferably located to a major airport in Southern California. Position Responsibilities:
Advances the corporate sales structure and field support by improving the department's tools, standards, and resources
Provides day to day leadership to assigned teams to achieve revenue and market share goals
Plays a key leadership role in driving the implementation and pull-through from brand lead channels and revenue generating initiatives
Ensures associates have tools and resources to do the job and help them reach their full potential
Motivates sales leadership to achieve desired results and ensures that relevant incentives are in place for outstanding performance
Awareness and focus on improving individual hotel guest service scores through collaboration with Operations
Hire and develop property sales leaders to enable a productive property sales department
Monitor property sales performance through routine visits and joint sales activities
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans as required for field support
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively more responsible positions in overseeing Sales functions, including brand management, social media, online distribution, and public relations
Prior experience directly supervising a minimum of three associates
Prior experience working directly with senior leaders within an organization
Experience with a variety of premium select-service hotel brands
Highly organized with strong communication skills and a teamwork style to accomplish goals
Organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers
