Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Nights & Weekends: As Needed

JOB SUMMARY: The Data Warehouse Software Developer is responsible for the creating of applications that take into consideration all aspects of application development architecture design including – performance, scalability, coding, security, and error logging/testing. The important skills for this position are C#, SQL, and other various business intelligence tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Development of an in-house SQL based database warehouse responsible for storing information pulled from an ERP and various other sources.
  • Work with Business Intelligence team to help design data structures for visualizations.
  • Support warehouse and BI Tools environment.
  • Perform QA and work closely with QA team.
  • Research new technologies and share how they could be integrated into our environment.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging both internal and external code
  • Use of Agile development methodology
  • Involved with researching new technology, architecture decisions, and setting coding standards.

Requirements/Education:
  • Bachelor in Computer Science or other IT-related field preferred
  • 2-year degree in programming or other IT-related field with additional experience may be considered
  • 0 – 2 years experience developing software applications
  • Experience in the following technologies is considered a plus:
    • Visual Studio
    • Domo
    • C#
    • SSRS
    • TABLEAU
    • MVC, ASP.NET
    • MS SQL
    • PWER BI
    • Visual Studio
    • ENTITY FRAMEWORK
    • JIRA
    • JD EDWARDS
  • Strong collaboration, relationship management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good judgment, logical thinking, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to adapt and understand business
  • Ability to drive projects to completion
  • Understands Agile methodology and process.
