Exciting Opportunity: LATAM Implementation Project Manager at Avetta

Avetta is looking for a driven and talented Implementation Project Manager to oversee our Latin American clients' project implementations. This role is critical in shaping the client's experience and success with Avetta's platform.

This role is open to U.S. based Candidates not near an Avetta Office who would like to work Remotely.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end implementations for new clients and expansions, ensuring seamless integration of our platform.
  • Drive and lead client kick-off meetings, often in-person, setting the tone for a successful partnership.
  • Ensure client requirements are accurately captured and implemented, including overseeing user acceptance testing.
  • Define, manage, and meet project goals, timelines, and milestones, ensuring both client and Avetta expectations are met.
  • Present and implement best practice workflows, aligning client processes with the Avetta platform.
  • Actively monitor and drive the contractor/supplier onboarding process, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on implementation processes, continuously analyzing and improving our procedures.
  • Provide valuable product feedback to the product management team, contributing to platform enhancements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills across interpersonal, written, and public speaking formats.
  • 3+ years in project management within the software/SaaS industry, with a PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience with MS Project or equivalent tools, and a knack for explaining technology to clients in Portuguese and English.
  • A client-first mentality, providing superior customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects and teams, solving problems creatively, and driving projects to completion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing change in a fast-paced environment.
