Be able to perform all required functions of a Team Technician
Be knowledgeable in procedures and able to perform all changeovers as required
Complete training assessments in conjunction with TS requirements
Enforce safety regulations, providing suggestions for improvement
Prepare and conduct informational Toolbox meetings as required by Team Leader
Verify process records to ensure processes are running to standards
Evaluate process rework/scrap and authorize and record disposition per established procedures
Implements established rotation schedule
Ensures compliance of 4S program
Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel
