Effectively execute Advantage Suite implementation and efficiently deliver services to meet system installation project requirements.
  • Develop detailed system installation plan and identify ownership of all tasks and deliverables prior to project kick-off.
  • Coordinate technical resources as needed.
  • Drive installation of system and documentation - all hardware, software, communications, system configurations and unique operating procedures.
  • Develop and deliver customer-specific technical training and related documentation.
  • Coordinate post installation support with Product Support.
  • Mentor and coach Junior Team members.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects.
  • Increase product knowledge.
  • Develop ability to mentor others.
  • Increase client knowledge (either by working with a greater number of clients or deepening knowledge of a specific client).
  • Participate in strategic account reviews.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
  • Computer hardware, communications, and software competency, including UNIX and NT platforms, DBMS applications such as Oracle, Teradata and DB2, Microsoft Office products, SQL, and scripting languages such as perl, UNIX Korn Shell etc.
  • Three years of project management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience analyzing and solving complex technical problems.
  • Capable of identifying issues and driving them to resolution.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Self-starter; strong sense of personal accountability; proven ability to get things done.
